I could not be more pleased with the customer service I received from Artful Soul. I was able to receive an extension on the return policy and purchased a second necklace to compare. I returned the original and within days notified that it was received and my acct. was being crditited. The next day the money was already credited to my card. Very impressed…I will certainly purchase again!

received the pocketbooks when expected - packed very nicely in bubble wrap - however it was a disaster getting the bags out of the box - all the pink bubbles were all over the table and floor where I opened the box. Newspaper would work and there would be no mess
