Fabrics are richly textured and superior durability, joined with elegant hardware and fine leather.

The luxurious and decorative silk of antique Japanese kimonos is the basic fabric of LOREDANA handbags, made in Los Angeles. Slightly worn (though you could not detect in the handbag), the antique kimono may have painted or embroidered designs shimmering in the rich fabric. Each bag is unique, working several different fabrics together in flat envelope, clutch and pouch styles. Interiors are as beautiful as the outside, magnetic snap closures, some come with pins or interesting accent pieces.

Elegant handbag shimmers with embroidery in metallic gold, silver, green, yellow and golden orange. Measures 14.5 inches across widest point, 10 inches to top where brass handle starts. Bottom edge is trimmed in golden cord. This is a piece from a ceremonial kimono with fan design and flowers. The floral print on back is lustrous colors against an offwhite background. Interior lined in red floral. Bag closes with snap on flap over top opening. A hummingbird tie-tac style pin adorns the flap, and is removable.

Envelope style bag measures 11 x 8 inches, has gusseted sides to allow room for personal items. Closes with magnetic snap securely, has brass chain strap. Back to front is a piece of a vintage silk obi in taupe colors with embroidered people in traditional old dress, landscape, cart, the colors are subtle gold, brown, plum, antique blue, black. A black horn piece accents the flap. Along the bottom front-to-back is antique gold and taupe brown print fabric, another piece of the landscaped obi is under the flap on front. Inside is lined in olive animal print fabric, a patch pocket for small items in contrasting fabric.

Adorable small bag shape that has good space inside. Measures about 9 x 5 x 3-1/2 inches. The fabric is canvas weave in turquoise blue color with chocolate mosaic print. Fabric on sides extends to bottom, there are chrome peg feet. Pieces are joined to each other with brown patent leather trim.
