Marcea Reid is The Artful Soul owner and designer, though not actively creating her line of jewelry as running the store absorbs most of her time. She does have a large collection tucked away and recently brought out again, just as fresh as the day it was made! Her work features polymer clay and resins, millefiore and embellished styles.
